1-1 Counselling & Psychotherapy

One-to-one therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may help you better understand yourself, work through challenges, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating. Drawing on integrative, evidence-based approaches, therapy can support a range of concerns including anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

At your initial free 15-minute consultation, we will briefly explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like support with, and whether this feels like the right fit for you. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get a sense of how I work.

Your first session may look like taking time to talk through what is going on for you in more depth, exploring your experiences at your own pace, and beginning to identify what you would like to gain from therapy. We may also gently explore your goals and how we can work together in a way that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to you.
