Hello, I’m Esther, a BACP registered therapist. I provide confidential, calm and compassionate counselling and wellbeing support tailored to your individual needs. This is a safe space for you to explore your emotions, heal from adversity, and grow.
My work is integrative, drawing on Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural, Play, Systemic, and Compassion-Focused approaches.
Grounded in BACP and BPS ethical standards, I offer trauma-informed care that honours your story, recognises your resilience, and supports healthier relationships with yourself and others.
I have experience working with children, young people, adults, and families across schools, residential services, and clinical settings.
I offer 1–1 counselling sessions, available online, by telephone, or in person, as well as group sessions and workshops designed to support emotional wellbeing, personal development, and growth.
